Responsibilities

Working as an AI Engineer, you will:

• Independently design, develop, and implement new AI capabilities, ensuring quality and alignment with project requirements
• Engage actively in both technical and strategic discussions about ongoing and upcoming development work
• Contribute to project planning, providing input on objectives, scope, approach, and deliverables as needed
• Clearly communicate the impacts of development choices, challenges, and progress to team members and stakeholders
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including development, business, and operations
• Participate in and drive cross-functional process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project delivery
• Assist in establishing and maintaining guidelines, standards, and best practices across applications, ensuring they are documented and accessible to relevant teams
• Collaborate with technology stakeholders, researching industry trends to support both project development and operational needs

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, with experience in FastAPI
• Knowledge in Retrieval-Augmented Generation
• Ability to craft effective prompts for AI applications
• Experience with embedding models and databases
• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex
• with multi-agent libraries and frameworks like CrewAI, Autogen, and Taskweave
• Strong knowledge of Azure, including its AI services and tools; familiarity with other cloud platforms is a plus
• Advanced skills in data manipulation with tools like Pandas and NumPy
• Understanding of data pipelines, data integration, and data warehousing; skilled in handling large datasets for tasks like cleaning, transformation, and manipulation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment
• Preferred experience with the .NET stack, including C#, SQL Server, Azure PaaS, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines (YAML proficiency is a plus)
• Excellent English skills (min. B2 level)
