Regional Indirect Procurement Specialist (German-speaking)
Your responsibilities:
- Take ownership of selected indirect sourcing projects across Europe, with a focus on HR services
- Support the regionalization of locally sourced categories and supplier landscape analysis
- Prepare and support negotiations with strategic suppliers, primarily for German-speaking markets
- Act as the procurement contact for internal stakeholders across multiple countries
- Contribute to process improvements, standardization, and efficiency initiatives
- Support reporting on spend, savings, and sourcing progress
We are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in indirect procurement or sourcing
- Fluent English and German (daily working languages)
- Experience working in a project-based procurement environment
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- SAP experience is a strong plus
- Willingness to grow into a regional sourcing / category role
