Product Owner - AI & Automation

As a Product Owner, you will lead internal AI and Automation initiatives aimed at optimizing workflows and boosting overall efficiency within the Content department. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will drive key AI and automation projects such as Scene Generation for the Design team, with a vision to expand into further automation solutions across the company. Your ability to balance business needs with development capabilities will be essential in ensuring successful execution.

You will:

• Take charge of the product backlog for AI and Automation projects, aligning business priorities with development resources to ensure timely delivery and success.
• Collaborate with Design, Copy, Operations, and other teams to translate requirements into clear deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals and efficient execution within the agile development cycle.
• Actively lead and participate in agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives to keep projects on track.
• Work closely with Design, Copy, Development teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery and the stability of AI/Automation systems.
• Track the health and performance of AI and automation systems, addressing incidents and troubleshooting to maintain smooth operations.
• Support the Product Manager in evaluating new technologies, platform upgrades, vendor management, and optimizing workflows for better performance.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI initiatives, from ideation to launch, and contribute to the development of future roadmaps for AI/Automation applications.

We Ask:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; background in IT, Design, or E-commerce is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in product/project management, ideally in digital content or e-commerce workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodology and experience supporting sprint execution and backlog prioritization.
• Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken) for collaboration with international teams.
• A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with creative/content teams or in a design-related role is a plus.
• Exposure to AI-assisted visual tools or prompt-based generation platforms, and proficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira, Notion, XMind, and Figma.
