VMWare VRA Specialist/Developer

Hourly Rate: up to 170 PLN + VAT
Location: Gdansk or Gdynia or Warsaw, Poland
Work arrangement: hybrid, 2 days at the office, full-time
For our Client from banking industry we are looking for VMWare VRA Specialist/Developer .
Detailed description of work task to be carried out:
You will participate in transition to move from our internally developed workflow automation and orchestration tool to vRealize automation v8. Automation in Infrastructure Engineering is transforming from a home grown legacy Automation Workflow & orchestration Platform into a new modern solution using VMWare VRA and BMC Digital Workplace. The main goal of the project is to
recreate the many self-service items on the new platforms using VRA and DWP.
Team members are located in Denmark, Poland, Finland and India.
Daily activities:
- Developing new activity elements.
- Building workflows in the orchestrator and/or Cloud assembly.
- Guide and support developers who has less experience with VRA.
- Support setting up the VRA platform.
- Work based on documentation/requirements/instructions.
- Build integrations to other applications/systems will be included.
Must-have knowledge and experience:
- Experience in workflow automation and development of XaaS services.
- Experience from vRealize Automation 8.x and and all its components especially vRealize Orchestrator
- Experience with one or more of following languages: Powershell or Python or Javascript.
- Understanding YAML and JSON
- Understanding of CI/CD
- Experience using Atlassian products, especially Bitbucket and Jira
Nice-to-have knowledge and experience:
- Experience with using qTest tool
- Understanding of Node.JS and experience from self service portals or other content management platforms
