HIMARS FA Officer

Are you looking to make a difference in security cooperation?Sincerus is looking for an experienced professional and a highly skilled subject matter expert to join our Training Team in support of partner nations' HIMARS systems in country training, technical support and advice. The Primary Instructor / Site Lead will be responsible for the management and execution of contract requirements and must be able to direct trainers and effectively interface with the client.Job Description:Serves as primary in-country point of contact, lead instructor, and supervisor for Training Team.Acts as liaison between all stakeholders.Responsible for the instruction of specific lesson(s) of the Program.Assures that students obtain proficiency in each module of instruction before they proceed to the next area of instruction.Responsible for the design, development, administration, and grading of all written and practical examinations.Responsible for assuring that course goals and objectives are met IAW the PWS.Provides instructors and students with counsel, mentoring, and assessment of their academic performance as required.Minimum Qualifications:Active Secret clearance5+ years of experience in managing programs, training, and oversight for projects of a similar size and scope.Previously completed a successful HIMARS Battery experience , with additional operational experience in the field environment.Experience as one or more of the following: HIMARS Tactical Control Officer or Tactical Control Assistant ; HIMARS Tactical Director or Tactical Director Assistant; HIMARS Battery Trainer; and / or BN Standardizations .Served as an-HIMARS Instructor Trainer on the employment, operation, and maintenance of the HIMARS system.Salary: Based on experienceBenefits: Paid time offSupplemental Pay Types: Sign on and completion bonusesSecurity Clearance: SECRETMust be willing to live abroad for 12 months.
