Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

• Be the hero our players need. You'll investigate and resolve a variety of technical and gameplay issues, providing solutions that are both effective and empathetic.
• Champion the player's voice. You'll carefully analyze player feedback and communicate key insights to our internal development teams to help shape future game updates.
• Collaborate with your team to refine our processes, always asking, "How can we make this experience even better for the player?"
• Become an expert on our games, understanding them inside and out to provide the ultimate support experience.

What You Bring to the Guild:

• Must-haves: Full professional fluency in Polish and a strong command of English.
• A genuine love for gaming. You understand gamer culture, community dynamics, and can easily relate to a player's perspective.
• Incredible empathy and the ability to see a problem from the player's point of view.
• A natural desire to help people and a team-first mentality focused on collective success.
• A keen understanding of what truly great player support looks like.
