Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a skilled FullStack Developer with strong experience in C#/.NET and a communicative level of German. You’ll join our Payroll Development team to build and maintain scalable, high-impact solutions used by thousands of users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle: design, analysis, prototyping, development, testing, and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Contribute to backend development and cloud-based enterprise applications
- Apply design patterns, write unit tests, and optimize performance
Tech Stack & Skills
Must-Have:
- Solid experience with C# and .NET
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Object-Oriented Programming (C# / Java)
- Experience in enterprise software development
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Fluent German (spoken and written)
- Agile development experience
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Payroll systems or HCM applications
- Familiarity with Azure, Kubernetes, Kafka
- Knowledge of modern web technologies (HTML, CSS3, JSON, WCF)
- Exposure to JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular)
- Experience with fintech or payments software
