Tasks and Qualifications:
Coordination of internal service team members supporting EWM operations
Plan, organize, and execute recurring service activities such as maintenance weekends, system patches, and test coordination
Ensure high service quality and operational stability based on defined internal KPIs and service standards
Manage and coordinate external service partners contributing to EWM operations and support
Independently analyze and resolve warehouse-related incidents and service requests within the SAP EWM environment
Perform customizing activities within the KION EWM template to support operational requirements and continuous improvements
Support testing activities and ensure smooth implementation of system updates and changes
Contribute to the ongoing optimization and reliability of warehouse management processes

Your Skills and Expertise:
Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or similar
Several years of hands-on experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), including customizing
Strong communication and coordination skills when working with internal teams and external service partners; experience in international environments is a plus
Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and operational logistics environments
Experience in application management, IT service operations, or similar operational support roles
Ability to manage incidents, service requests, and operational tasks in a structured and solution-oriented manner
