Join our vibrant team as the first point of contact for all premium travel inquiries! ????What You'll Do: Be the friendly face and voice for our premium customers, assisting them with all travel-related queriesAdvise our partners on flights, products, online services, payment methods, and membership programs Help customers purchase airline tickets and manage various payment methodsSupport travelers facing difficulties to ensure a smooth and enjoyable journeyProvide exceptional assistance to passengers via calls, chat, and emails Location: Join us in our Warsaw office for the first 6-9 months. Depending on your stellar performance, you may have the opportunity to enjoy hybrid work!
Requirements
Ability to work in the team with passion to travel and great sense of humor. Proactivity is creativity is our second name! Service-oriented thinking: focus on the customer experience – they come first! Language Ninja: fluent in Norwegian (C1) and English (min. B2). Master of administration and technology: you have administrative and technical knowledge. Listening is an art: great communication and listening skills.
