IT Business Analyst – Telco Systems & Applications

For our client – a leading player in the telecom infrastructure industry – we’re looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support the development and optimization of key business applications (BSS, OSS, CRM, Billing, Provisioning). If you have solid analytical skills, understand Telco processes, and enjoy bridging business with IT — this opportunity is for you.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyze and model Telco business processes (BSS/OSS/CRM/Billing)
• Gather, document, and manage business and system requirements
• Work closely with development and product teams to define effective solutions
• Create analytical documentation, requirement specs, and process diagrams (BPMN/UML)
• Support QA teams in designing test scenarios
• Participate in project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions
• Monitor changes in IT systems and assess their business impact
• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of Telco applications

What you bring:

• 3–5+ years of experience as an IT/Business Analyst, preferably in the telecom industry
• Strong understanding of Telco processes and systems (BSS, OSS, CRM, billing, provisioning)
• Proficiency in business process modeling (BPMN/UML) and documentation
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and translating requirements into technical specifications
• Working knowledge of SQL and databases
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban and traditional methodologies (Waterfall)
• Experience with tools like Enterprise Architect, Jira, Confluence
• Bonus: understanding of systems architecture, integration principles, and test scenario creation
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
• Good command of English (written & spoken)
