We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Marketing Communications in UPM Marketing, Sustainability and Communications Hub.

What you will do

• Coordinate marketing communications productions (print and digital marketing materials and designs, presentations, and video & photo productions), both in-house with colleagues in your team and with external agency partners

• Write copy for paid social media campaigns and other marketing materials

• Coordinate marketing communications assets (versioning, storage, distribution)

• Publish content in internal and external online channels

• Coordinate project related translations processes with external partners

• Organize photo and video shoots with external suppliers and in-house photographer

• Edit basic photo and video, considered as an extra skill

• Contribute to team’s KPIs and reporting

• Demonstrate UPM values and nurture the great team spirit

Who you are

• You have a university degree and a minimum of 8 years of work experience in marketing communications incl. coordination of design, video or photo productions; experience of working in a marketing communications agency is considered as an asset

• You have experience in copywriting for digital channels and paid campaigns; your expertise includes crafting compelling texts in English tailored to specific audiences, strategically incorporating SEO keywords, and ensuring your content captivates potential customers

• You have very good command of English and Polish incl. written correspondence on at least C2 level

• You have good project management and coordination skills

• You have skills in photo editing as well as basic skills in graphic design or video editing (considered an additional asset)

• You have a hands-on attitude and an eye for detail

• You have good interpersonal and communication skills, enjoy working in a team, and support others

• You can deliver in a complex, multi-task environment with strict deadlines to ensure a great end-to-end experience
