Associate/Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Department

Working in the litigation team primarily involves active support in various court proceedings, including but not limited to:

• Preparing preliminary analysis, memoranda, and legal opinions,
• participating in the development of litigation strategies,
• representing the firm’s clients in all types of proceedings before common and arbitration courts,
• drafting all types of pleadings,
• monitoring court deadlines,
• continuously monitoring court information portals in ongoing proceedings.

Requirements

• Graduate of the Faculty of Law, currently undergoing training to become a barrister/solicitor,
• professional experience in a litigation team (minimum 3 years),
• experience in commercial proceedings,
• fluency in English (sufficient for daily professional use); knowledge of German will be an additional asset,
• excellent organizational and communication skills,
• ability to work in a team, especially in interdisciplinary projects.
