For our client, a software development and consulting company operating worldwide, we’re looking for a powerhouse CXO to join their executive team.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with the CEO to shape and execute the company’s growth strategy
• Oversee and scale core operations: Delivery, People, and Tech
• Drive performance, process optimization, and continuous improvement
• Represent operations in strategic deals and client relationships
• Keep things running smoothly — today and at 3x the scale

Who You Are:

• 10+ years in leadership roles (5+ in senior ops)
• Proven track record scaling tech/service orgs
• Skilled in delivery, finance, and team development
• Sharp, strategic, and hands-on when needed
• You think in systems, act with urgency, and lead with impact
• Bonus if you've navigated M&A, been on a board, or operated in high-growth environments.
