Our Client is an international manufacturing company, which has recently launched its new production facility in Nowa Sól and is currently searching for an experienced Product Implementation / R&D Manager to join its developing organisational structure.
Your responsibilities
- Leading a team of R&D and Process Engineers responsible for implementation of new products (including management of BOM, 3D models, making use of PDM and ERP)
- Taking part in the implementation of new prototypes and testing new solutions
- Managing NPI projects
- Responsibility for the Engineering Change process
- Providing technical support & development for the employees
- Taking part in product development strategy
- Representing the Company with brands
