IT Project Manager

On behalf of our client – a leading international provider of wireless telecommunications and broadcasting infrastructure – we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join their growing technology team in Warsaw.

This is an excellent opportunity for a project leader who thrives in complex software environments, knows how to keep projects on track, and can effectively navigate collaboration across business and technical teams. The role focuses on delivering strategic initiatives around core telecom systems, including BSS, CRM, Billing, and OSS platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects (integration, migration, customization) for internal systems (BSS, CRM, Billing, OSS)
• Oversee the full project lifecycle – from planning to implementation
• Identify and manage project risks and priorities
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, quality standards, and costs
• Supervise the analysis of system requirements and business processes
• Collaborate closely with development, business, and operational teams
• Resolve issues and remove blockers to ensure project success
• Contribute to the design, modification, and implementation of IT solutions

Requirements

• Proven experience managing software development, implementation, integration, or transformation projects
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, dependencies, and risks
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and technical experts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Fluent Polish and English (spoken and written)
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership

Nice to Have

• Experience working with telecom clients or within the telecommunications industry
• Familiarity with BSS, CRM, Billing, OSS, or other enterprise platforms
• Experience managing system integration, migration, or digital transformation projects
