About the Role:
Are you a Polish-speaking customer service professional looking to join a dynamic team in Barcelona? We're seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing customer needs with efficiency and care
Accurately log call details and ensure timely response within SLA standards
Stay updated on product and service knowledge, especially for customer-specific applications
Escalate service issues when necessary, maintaining communication with senior team members
Adhere to all operational processes and procedures, ensuring high service quality
Provide coverage for teammates and support projects as needed
Participate in team meetings and manage administrative tasks like holiday and sickness records
Qualifications:
Language Skills: C2/fluent Polish with B2-level English proficiency
Experience: 1+ year in customer service, ideally in the automotive industry or with electric vehicle familiarity
Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT platforms, including Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration
Soft Skills: Strong customer care abilities, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to resolving inquiries
