HR Generalist

• Ensure accurate and compliant day-to-day HR administration across
• Cooperate with an external HR/payroll provider and prepare monthly payroll input data
• Cooperate with external vendors delivering employee services (e.g., insurance, medical care benefits)
• Support the local implementation of global employee programs and corporate initiatives
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives
• Assist in shaping and proposing HR policies in line with corporate standards and local labor law
• Ensure HR processes comply with internal procedures and GDPR regulations
• Provide operational and administrative support to the HR
• Support additional HR projects as required

• Bachelor's degree
