Due to a dynamic development of our company we are looking team members.

The e-commerce specialist (specialists) will be responsible for:

• direct contact with customers in Polish and English,
• overall order processing and performance,
• entering and updating in sales system

The successful candidate shall:

• have a very good command of English in speaking and writing (a necessity, due to cooperation with foreign customers)
• command of English will be an asset,
• at east secondary education (extra-mural students are welcome),
• very good computer skills,
• interpersonal skills and ability to solve problems,
• stress resistance and working against deadline,
• experience in phone customer service welcome.
