COWI Poland is part of the Business Line Engineering and Design Center (EDC), collaborating closely with COWI Denmark, COWI Sweden, COWI Norway, and COWI UK. In Poland, we unite the expertise of over professionals across five dynamic sectors. Our fast growing and dynamic Geotechnical Engineering department, with a team of 8 highly qualified engineers, is at the forefront of innovation, delivering groundbreaking solutions and making a remarkable impact in the underground structures industry.

We are often looking for new colleagues within the areas below:

Geotechnical Engineering

• Classification and advanced laboratory testing of soil and rock
• Design of shallow and deep foundations
• Stability analysis and settlement assessments
• Deep excavations

Rock Mechanics Engineering

• Rock mass classification
• Stability of rock slopes and excavation
• Design and implementation of rock bolts, shotcrete, mesh, etc.

Hydrotechnical Engineering (Structural)

• Design of loading & offloading platforms, wharfs, mooring/berthing dolphins
• Parametric design in Grasshopper, Rhino & Python
• Retaining walls and coffer dams

Engineering Geology

• Analyses of geological and geotechnical data
• Geotechnical data management
• 2D & 3D geological modelling
• Classification and advanced laboratory testing
