- Role :
- Customer Service Associate with German
- Monitor and manage ticket queues using the appropriate tools to ensure tickets are handled per the defined timelines and do not exceed expected thresholds
- Identify deviations from the standard scope of service and act accordingly including the identification and support of change request opportunities
- Respond to client employee and business partner queries and requests effectively based on defined standards and contract requirements
- Perform HR data entry, including data validation, completely and accurately as defined by the standards and client contract
- Provide HRIS navigation support to clients
- Recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information
- Participate in projects as needed and assigned
- Basic understanding of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Advanced English and German skills
- 1-2 years relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare / Benefits in an HR Consulting, HR Outsourcing or other corporate environment
- Experience in customer service or working with HR and payroll data would be an asset
- Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment
