YOUR ROLE

The role of the Knowledge Transfer Lead aims to organize, manage and execute all the necessary tasks needed to move knowledge from an organization to Capgemini.

KTL team is looking for someone who is well organized and who will be be able to take on any new challenges presented to him / her as each transition is different from another.

YOUR TASKS

• Conduction of Knowledge Transfer related activities for on-going transitions
• Request Due Diligence information from Transition Manager and plan discovery with TM
• Team leading of Knowledge Gatherers in transition / projects
• Close co-operation with current service provider, the Customer and Delivery teams
• Clear definition of KT planning with assigned responsibilities and accountabilities
• Adequate analysis and detailed preparation of all KT artefacts
• Send regular status reports
• Organization of quality stage gates and UAT sessions
• Participation / supervision of KT sessions - reports review, ticket data analysis, procedures review, knowledge base / documentation review
