You'll be part of brand-new product teams building cutting-edge AI solutions for education, designed to be used by learners and educators across multiple European countries. This is a unique opportunity to shape the products, processes, and team culture from day one — and make a real impact on how education evolves globally.

You'll be a founding technical voice in a new product area with support from leadership

You'll help define how LLMs are integrated into intuitive tools that support students and teachers

You'll work closely with data scientists, product designers, and engineers to turn models into magic

You'll influence our AI strategy and technical vision — while building real products, fast

And most importantly : your code won't sit in a showcase — it will be used by real people, in real schools

Some Of The Problems You Might Help Us Solve

Designing and implementing the architecture behind AI-powered UX tools

Building scalable APIs that connect LLMs to meaningful user experiences

Collaborating with data scientists to shape prompt workflows and interpret model outputs

Embedding ethics, explainability, and performance into the AI integration layer

Leading the development and quality standards across the entire AI tool stack

Prototyping quickly — then scaling cleanly

Must-have Requirements

Proven experience (+5 years) leading technical development of complex, data-driven products

Strong full-stack skills Python backend + Angular frontend

Understanding of prompt engineering principles and how model outputs are structured

Familiarity with UX design systems and accessibility standards

Experience with architecture design, API strategy, CI / CD, and QA collaboration

Excellent communication and mentoring skills

Fluent in English

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Nice-to-have Requirements

Experience integrating with LLMs or building AI-enhanced applications

Practical experience with FastAPI and SQLAlchemy

Background in EdTech or interest in solving real learning challenges

Experience with observability and performance monitoring tools

Experience working with design teams in Figma or similar

Experience in early-stage product development or new team formation

Knowledge of cloud efficiency (data handling, token optimization, bandwidth cost control)
