Junior Client Director :
Would you like to become part of a rapidly growing team with an exceptional client roster? We are seeking an ambitious Junior Client Director to help drive the success and continued growth of MetrixLab, Poland. Applicants need to be agile and innovative market research experts with excellent client relationship skills and the energy to thrive in a dynamic environment.
The primary objective of the role is to drive and support the achievement of sales and business development objectives from both an assigned mix of existing and new clients.
This is also a training role, where you work closely with, and learn from, more senior Client Directors or Group Account Leader. You will support more senior commercial leaders on a major account to learn how they develop proposals, persuade clients, deliver insight and consultancy, and ultimately how they win and grow the business.
Responsibilities :
- Arrange & develop input for client meetings.
- Develop research proposals that reflect the business requirements of clients, negotiate and sell projects.
- Work with the research team to successfully deliver projects (arrange kick-off meetings, review research reports / storytelling, present insights to clients in a clear and inspiring way).
- Build & grow lasting client relationships.

5+ years’ experience in market research in either a commercial or research role.BS / BA in Marketing / Business or related field.Excellent interpersonal skills.Proficiency in English.What do we offer?
