Customer Technical Support Specialist – German
We are looking for a customer technical support specialist who will be the primary point of contact for our German‑speaking customers. The role focuses on troubleshooting, training, and building relationships.
Responsibilities
- Handle calls and emails to resolve technical issues.
- Apply technical expertise to solve problems quickly.
- Accurately enter data to maintain system integrity.
- Build long‑lasting, trustworthy relationships with customers through professional communication.
Requirements
Fluency in German (C1 level).English proficiency (B2 level).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills.Technical knowledge is optional; training will be provided.Benefits and Compensation
