Contract type : Full-time employment
Working hours : Monday to Friday, 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM (no weekend shifts)
Salary : 7,500 PLN gross / month

About the role
We are looking for a Customer Technical Support Specialist fluent in German to join our international team in Katowice. You will be the main point of contact for our German-speaking customers, providing professional technical assistance and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Customer support : Handle calls and emails, assisting customers in resolving technical issues.
- Problem-solving : Use your technical understanding and analytical mindset to deliver quick and effective solutions.
- Data entry : Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when inputting data into internal systems.
- Relationship building : Develop and maintain trustworthy, long-term relationships with customers through professional and empathetic communication.
Requirements
Fluency in German (C1 level) – you will be communicating directly with German-speaking customers.English (B2 level) – for internal communication and training.Strong communication skills, openness, and a customer-oriented attitude.Willingness to learn and grow – we value curiosity and continuous development.Offer
