Opis pracyHelm Prometheus Grafana Ansible We are seeking a senior DevOps professional who excels in large-scale environments, embraces automation, and understands how to maintain the reliability and security of critical systems. If building resilient, cloud-native infrastructure in AWS and Kubernetes sparks your interest, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact. You’ll join a project for a global leader in cloud communications – a company recognised worldwide for its APIs powering voice, video, and messaging. Together, we design, automate, and secure platforms spanning dozens of Kubernetes clusters and hundreds of thousands of servers. Join Sii and help shape the backbone of a platform trusted worldwide! Operate and optimise large-scale Kubernetes clusters and AWS infrastructure Automate patching, vulnerability remediation, and deployments using Argo CD and related tools Build and maintain golden images, lifecycle policies, and data retention strategies Ensure security and compliance through encryption, backup management, and governance policies Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to keep platforms highly available, scalable, and resilient At least 5 years of experience in a senior DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role Proven track record in managing large-scale production environments (tens of Kubernetes clusters, hundreds of thousands of servers) Strong expertise in AWS infrastructure, including automation, patching at scale, and building resilient systems Hands-on experience in creating and managing infrastructure components such as golden images, lifecycle policies, backups, volume encryption, backup encryption, and data retention policies, along with Kubernetes and GitOps practices (e.g., Argo CD) Proficient English communication skills (B2 / C1) for collaboration in an international environment Residing in Poland required Great Place to Work since 2015 - it’s thanks to feedback from our workers that we get this special title and constantly implement new ideas Employment stability - revenue of PLN 2.1BN, no debts, since 2006 on the market We share the profit with Workers - over PLN 76M has already been allocated for this aim since 2022 Attractive benefits package - private healthcare, benefits cafeteria platform, car discounts and more Comfortable workplace – class A offices or remote work Dozens of fascinating projects for prestigious brands from all over the world – you can change them thanks to Job Changer application PLN 1 000 000 per year for your ideas - with this amount, we support the passions and voluntary actions of our workers Investment in your growth – meetups, webinars, training platform and technology blog – you choose Fantastic atmosphere created by all Sii Power People
