Human Resources and Payroll Operations in MSO, PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients, as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region.

We are looking for :

Junior Recruitment Coordinator with German

Your future role :

Interview coordination and scheduling,
Communication with candidates via email and phone calls,
Managing candidates in pipeline & Workday,
Stakeholder Engagement,
Recruitment Admin (pre-Screening CVs, writing and posting Job ads, opening Job requisitions).

Apply if you have :

A university degree in Business Administration or a related field,

1+ years of experience in HR or recruitment coordination in a corporate environment,

Proficiency in English and German allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written,

Familiarity and understanding of recruitment processes,

Knowledge of using MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Experience with Workday,

Understanding of the unique talent needs and challenges within a Big4 environment in CH and familiarity with the professional services industry in CH,

An ability to adapt to and effectively use various recruitment and HR technologies,

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, strong attention to details.
