ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Implementation Engineer to drive high-impact enterprise SaaS implementations that connect complex IT / OT environments with real business value. This role blends deep technical leadership, solution design, and customer partnership to accelerate onboarding and maximize outcomes for large-scale organizations. It stands out for its strategic influence, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to act as a trusted advisor in complex enterprise SaaS transformation programs.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IT software solutions, including capabilities, integration points, and value proposition for very large enterprises;
- Partner with internal stakeholders and meet with client stakeholders to identify needs, challenges, and objectives, translating them into customer solutions that decrease time to value;
- Drive the customer onboarding journey through technical expertise in available customizations and ensure requirements are met during implementation;
- Act as a trusted advisor collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Customer Success, and R&D to ensure solutions meet expectations and technical feasibility;
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive solutions, and evolving IT / OT technologies to provide thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders.
MUST HAVES
3+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Solution Engineer, or similar role within the IT or OT software industry servicing large accounts;Solid understanding of TCP / IP networking fundamentals, TCP vs UDP troubleshooting , and routing basics;Experience working with VPNs and proxy authentication scenarios;Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting firewall rules inbound and outbound;Awareness of conditional access and secure gateway concepts;Knowledge of ports and protocols;Expertise in enterprise software solutions, preferably in IT / OT integration, data analytics, cloud technologies, or industrial IoT;Strong understanding of enterprise environments, including challenges, architectures, and decision-making processes;Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences;Experience with enterprise-level SaaS implementation engagements and solution design;Proficiency with modern tools and platforms such as cloud infrastructure, virtualization, APIs, and middleware;Fluency in English.NICE TO HAVES
