IT Operations Engineer (Chinese Speaking)

Location : Remote (Poland-based) with regular business trips to Antwerp, Belgium

We are looking for a Chinese-speaking IT Operations Engineer to support our daily IT operations in a multinational work environment. While the role is remote from Poland, you must be ready to travel to our Antwerp office 4–5 times per year , and respond to on-site issues with short notice.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of end-user IT infrastructure, handling network and desktop support, and contributing to automation efforts through scripting.

Responsibilities :

Provide daily IT support for desktop systems, office networks, printers, and general hardware / software needs

Maintain and troubleshoot local and remote network issues

Develop and maintain automation scripts (e.g., VBA ) to improve operational efficiency

Monitor and respond to technical support tickets within 30 minutes during working hours

Collaborate with internal teams in both Chinese and English

Travel to Antwerp, Belgium approximately 4–5 times per year for on-site support and issue resolution

Requirements :

Native Chinese speaker with fluent English (written and spoken)

Based in Poland , with full-time remote work availability

2+ years of experience in IT operations or technical support roles

Solid knowledge of :

Windows OS and basic desktop hardware / software troubleshooting

Office network management and troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, etc.)

Script development, preferably with VBA or similar tools

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Willingness to travel internationally (EU) and respond quickly to urgent support needs
