Consolidation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Consolidation Manager to support one of our clients. This role will combine consolidation and controlling functions across multiple markets, with a focus on financial reporting and business partnering. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial consolidation, a strong understanding of IFRS or US GAAP , and a proven ability to work effectively with senior business leaders to drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the consolidation process for multiple markets, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting in line with IFRS or US GAAP standards.
• Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial reports, including the balance sheet , income statement , and cash flow statement , ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with local finance teams to ensure the consistent application of accounting policies across regions and to address consolidation-related issues.
• Partner with business leaders across markets to provide financial insights , drive performance analysis, and identify trends that support strategic decision-making.
• Provide ongoing financial advice and guidance as a trusted finance business partner , helping to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Prepare and review intercompany reconciliations , eliminations, and adjustments, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Support the audit process, preparing necessary documentation and working closely with external auditors to ensure accurate and compliant reporting.
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring the timely and accurate submission of consolidated results to senior stakeholders.
• Continuously assess and improve consolidation processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Act as a key point of contact for all consolidation-related inquiries and issues, ensuring smooth communication between finance teams and business units.
