Head (m/f/d) of Sales – KWS Poland

Location: Poznań or Kondratowice
Employment: Full‑time, Permanent
Industry: Agriculture / B2B
Business Travel: 25‑40%
Reports to: Head of Country Poland

KWS Lochów Polska Sp. z o.o. is looking for an experienced Head (m/f/d) of Sales who combines strategic thinking with strong market insight and experience in leading a large team. You will translate strategy into measurable results, balancing data, commercial instinct, and decisive action.

Your mission

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for sugar beet, corn, rapeseed, and cereals
  • Lead a sales team of over 30 people, including 5 Regional Managers
  • Build lasting relationships with key distributors and industry partners
  • Collaborate with the Management Board, providing market expertise to guide the organization
  • Coordinate cross‑functional activities with Marketing, Product Development, Logistics, and Finance
  • Manage the budget and bear full responsibility for sales results (approx. PLN 250 million)

  • Strategic leader with deep understanding of the Polish agricultural market and distribution channels, proven in B2B sales management
  • Effective manager who develops and motivates teams during change and dynamic challenges
  • Analytical thinker who bases bold decisions on data and experience
  • Partner capable of building relationships within the company and with external customers
  • Person of responsibility, transparency, and courage
  • Fluency in Polish and English (required)
