For our Client, an international company in the financial industry, which is opening a new branch in Wrocław, we are looking for a Candidate for the position of Banking Customer Service Specialist.

your tasks

  • Process inward and outward remittances in compliance with KNF, KIR and NBP regulations.
  • Ensure timely payment release via SWIFT
  • Manage remittance post-processing and reconciliation to ensure transaction accuracy
  • Handle commission claims and transaction verification
  • Open, maintain, and close customer accounts
  • Process time deposit transactions (opening, extension, closure)
  • Monitor bank account balances and statements, ensuring proper reporting
  • Provide account balance certificates and customer information updates
  • Manage phone and email inquiries, ensuring high-quality customer service
  • Assist customers with account registration, amendments, and general banking inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with KNF regulations
  • Reporting on the application for withholding tax exemption on personal interest income
  • Maintain compliance with AML / KYC procedures and ensure accurate customer record management
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly statements
  • Handle check collection and reconciliation processes
  • Support division closing and monthly financial reporting
  • Ensure proper collateral related reports and payment processing

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, banking operations, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of KNF, KIR requirements, NBP regulations
  • Experience in SWIFT payment processing and account management
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and regulatory compliance
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Fluent in English
