Opis pracy2 years of experience in Administration Exceptional organisational, project management and communication skills; Strong problem solving, and critical thinking skills; Attention to detail and accuracy; Proactiveness and can-do attitude; Willingness to learn and gain new knowledge about the IT processes and a great understanding of scope of work the supported teams; Advanced English; Fluency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. IT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
What You'll Do :
- End-to-end coordination of the IT equipment orders for the RTBH data centers
- End-to-end coordination of the IT orders and supervision over the budget
- Organizing shippings of technical equipment for associates or from associates as requested
- Coordination of the service support for the equipment under warranty
- Coordination of the IT e-waste equipment utilisation
- Preparing workstations for new hires of the IT department
- Supervision over the email signature generator tools
- Archiving hard copies of the IT department-related documents
- Cooperating with suppliers
- Coordinating of the IT department-related invoices
- Updating internal documents
- Organizing business trips and team buildings for the IT department associates
- Performing tasks requested by associates and cooperating with other departments
- Ongoing assistance to the IT department members
