The Role

We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to own the full outbound process for the Swiss & wider DACH market — from prospect research to personalized messaging, campaign execution, optimization, and reporting.

You'll work closely with founders and sales leadership to ensure outreach is strategic, relevant, and effective.

You will :

Research companies & decision-makers in our ICP
Build and run multi-step outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn)
Personalize messaging, manage deliverability, and track results
A / B test, optimize, and report on performance
Collaborate with leadership on strategy and execution

Requirements :

Fluent English, strong copywriting & communication skills

Curiosity, adaptability, and a self-starter mindset

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Resilience, proactive attitude, and team spirit

Nice to have :

Experience with Western European market (esp. DACH)

German (B1+), Russian / Belarusian

Background in outbound lead gen, sales outreach, or business development (ideally IT / SaaS / Salesforce)

Familiarity with tools like Lemlist, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Salesforce / HubSpot / Pipedrive
