The Role
We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to own the full outbound process for the Swiss & wider DACH market — from prospect research to personalized messaging, campaign execution, optimization, and reporting.
You'll work closely with founders and sales leadership to ensure outreach is strategic, relevant, and effective.
You will :
- Research companies & decision-makers in our ICP
- Build and run multi-step outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn)
- Personalize messaging, manage deliverability, and track results
- A / B test, optimize, and report on performance
- Collaborate with leadership on strategy and execution
