Supply Chain CIM Manager

The plant in Chrzanów produces front and rear car lights using advanced technology of metallization, assembly and plastic injection including multicomponent and multi-color injections. It has also a fully equipped measurement laboratory with a unique photometric testing tunnel. As a result of growth, Valeo Lighting Systems is currently opening a new Development Center, which focuses on developing and manufacturing lighting systems for passenger cars.

Currently for Valeo Lighting Systems in Chrzanów we recruit a Supply Chain CIM Manager :

Your Challenges :

Lead and manage the Plant Supply Chain CIM team;

Deploy all Valeo Supply Chain standards, guidelines, working methods, methodologies and tools in the plant and toward Suppliers;

Monitoring inventory accuracy and escalating the anomalies / preventing special truck for stock discrepancies;

Minimize special transport cost, by looking at the best possible solution, optimize logistic concept for new projects;

Driving the Log. Cost reduction activities & P-30 activities : AGV, Call Button;

Lead continuous improvement actions in all supply chain activities;

Ensure all supply chain activities to support New Project Introduction or Engineering Change;

Support the project and purchasing teams by proposing the best solutions leading to maximizing the service level, minimizing the logistic costs and inventories and accelerating the physical flows from suppliers to customers.

Join our team if you have :

3 years experience in Logistics (experience in New Projects introduction would be an asset);

Knowledge of SAP, Logistics Systems;

Analytical thinking and decision-making skills;

Experience in optimizing and automating logistic processes;

knowledge of project management

Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of second language would be an asset;

Teamwork spirit, ability to cope with stress;

Team Management experience is welcome;

Knowledge of new project development standards.
