What You’ll Do

Working on-site 4 days a week as a  People & Culture Specialist , you will be a key member of our People & Culture (P&C) Team in Poland. You’ll provide essential administrative support to ensure efficient and accurate handling of P&C processes. You’ll play a key role in maintaining employee physical and digital records, processing HR transactions, and supporting payroll and benefits functions, all while upholding the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Prepare and maintain physical employee files onsite and scan relevant documents to online portals / filing as needed
• Prepare employment contracts and documentation onsite and maintain compliance with documentation standards
• Support the onboarding process
• Enter and maintain employee data in HR systems, including new hires, promotions, and terminations.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Manage employee absence management requests, as well as return-to-work documentation.
• Produce reports and support data distribution across the organization.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all updates in alignment with payroll cutoffs and operating procedures.
• Follow all established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and performance metrics.

What You Bring to the Role

Preferred : Previous experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.

Nice to have : Experience of contact with ZUS social security.
