David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing / BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard an HR Manager to join their teams in Krakow.

Remuneration : Base salary & bonus.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Continuously evaluate and improve organizational processes and overall business performance through observation and analysis.
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on project and initiative progress.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Support cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks, focusing on minimizing employment-related issues and risks.
- Offer guidance and expertise in employee relations, policy application, and workplace best practices.
REQUIREMENTS :
Native / fluent in English (C1), both verbal and written.Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.Experience working in a high-volume or fast-paced environment such as BPO, shared services, or similar industries.Demonstrated leadership experience with a strong people management focus.Proficiency in using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and recruitment tools.Ability to mentor and motivate team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.Strong skills in data interpretation and reporting to support decision-making.Knowledge of employment legislation and experience with enterprise or collective labor agreements.BENEFITS :
