Requirements :

Very good German skills
Good English skills
Professional experience in content management or editorial / translation work would be an asset
MS Office package proficiency
Knowledge of HR systems would be an asset

Responsibilities :

Developing HR document templates in line with corporate and legal standards

Developing content, IT structures and the logic behind it

Processing incoming change requests for documents

Managing and administrating content of existing documents in response to new corporate policies, laws and regulations

Facilitating communication between different parties

Suggesting and developing IT tools, workflow and process improvements

Initiating research for different parties (Process Managers, operational teams, lawyers, managers) and acting as a consultant for the document creation process

Developing correspondence between different existing IT tools and systems

Developing and updating internal procedures and process descriptions
