- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales analysis, financial controlling, or business planning
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Power Query, Power BI are a plus)
- Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to draw conclusions supporting business decisions
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability
- Knowledge of P&L and discount policy (even if you haven't worked in pricing but have financial knowledge, it's a good start)
- Very good English proficiency (min. B2)
- Ability to work under time pressure and in a dynamic environment
- Experience in FMCG is a plus
