Job description
  • Analyzing pricing policy and margins - assessing profitability by sales channels, customers, and products
  • Creating sales forecasts and demand analysis for products
  • Supporting Key Account Managers in planning sales strategies based on historical data and market trends
  • Monitoring actual performance vs. budget and forecast, preparing recommendations
  • Evaluating promotional activities' effectiveness (pre- and post-analysis)
  • Collaborating with the sales team and preparing presentations for the management board
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, detail-orientedClose collaboration with the sales team

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales analysis, financial controlling, or business planning
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Power Query, Power BI are a plus)
    • Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to draw conclusions supporting business decisions
    • Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability
    • Knowledge of P&L and discount policy (even if you haven't worked in pricing but have financial knowledge, it's a good start)
    • Very good English proficiency (min. B2)
    • Ability to work under time pressure and in a dynamic environment
    • Experience in FMCG is a plus
