Opis pracySports card Life insurance Organizing parcel shipments via courier portals and transport companies Contacting carriers and couriers Ensuring the proper flow of materials within a specified timeframe with the correct documentation Invoicing shipped orders Carrying out customs clearance and complying with customs procedures for shipments outside the EU Representing the company in contacts with both internal and external clients Great English communication skills (B1 / B2) – both spoken and written General understanding of customs regulations or logistics processes Good command of MS Office, especially Excel Strong motivation to collaborate with international business teams Well-developed communication and organizational skills Experience with SAP would be an advantage
