After-sales Service Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform software testing, updates, and customization as needed.
• Manage and organize personal and team tasks, including planning, skill development, and annual reviews.
• Maintain certification records and anticipate renewals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to develop services, support customers, and achieve sales targets.
• Foster cooperation between Polish sites and other service locations.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with HR and Sales Admin for quotes, travel, permits, and order supervision.
• Support claim management with the QHSE department.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote team safety awareness.
• Lead on-site services (installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repairs) and support the team.
• Train junior technicians and share technical expertise.
