Key Responsibilities :
- Perform software testing, updates, and customization as needed.
- Manage and organize personal and team tasks, including planning, skill development, and annual reviews.
- Maintain certification records and anticipate renewals.
- Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to develop services, support customers, and achieve sales targets.
- Foster cooperation between Polish sites and other service locations.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with HR and Sales Admin for quotes, travel, permits, and order supervision.
- Support claim management with the QHSE department.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote team safety awareness.
- Lead on-site services (installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repairs) and support the team.
- Train junior technicians and share technical expertise.
Preferred Qualifications :
Degree in Electrical Technology, Mechanical or Industrial Maintenance, or related field5+ years of experience in industrial services and aftersales organizationDemonstrated experience working with industrial heat exchangers or similarExperience in management of a small team will be an advantageValid driver's licenseAble to communicate (reading & speaking) in English (German will be an added advantage)Willingness to travel for business purposes across the country and EuropeExperience with HVAC systems and refrigeration principlesSafety certificationsBackground in industrial or manufacturing environments including services / aftersalesWe offer You :
