Regional Quality Manager (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia)
Your responsibilities
- Your Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership : Manage, support, and inspire local quality teams across PL, CZ, and SK.
- KPI Management : Monitor, track, and drive improvements in key quality indicators across the region.
- Customer Collaboration : Work closely with customer service teams to ensure satisfaction and effectively resolve any quality issues.
- Process Optimization : Identify and implement improvements in production processes to enhance both efficiency and quality.
- Reporting : Prepare and present regular quality reports, including KPIs and corrective actions, to the management team.
- Strategic Support : Collaborate with the Central Quality Manager in developing and executing quality strategies and initiatives across the region.
