The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a(n) EMEA Manufacturing EHS Manager you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

• Responsible for assisting with the development of Global EHS policies, standards and programs that are aligned with Global EHS Excellence System & Strategy and lead implementation across the EMEA region’s manufacturing sites.
• Assist EMEA site EHS managers and site leaders with managing serious injury & fatality (SIF) & Non-SIF prevention initiatives and provide support for corporate, federal, country, and / or regulatory environmental, health & safety issues that surface in manufacturing facilities across the region.
• Assist EMEA sites with implementing Solventum’s Environmental, Health & Safety Management system, and Global EHS policies & standards.
• Lead the implementation at EMEA manufacturing sites of Solventum’s EHS enterprise-wide compliance process to comply with applicable regulatory, and legal requirements and Solventum’s EHS policies, standards and programs.
• Conduct incident investigations involving SIFs, potential SIFs and Non-SIF incidents and assist manufacturing sites with their investigations and preparation of learning content, e.g., EHS alerts, bulletins and best practices to expedite horizontal deployment across the business.
• Analyze EHS incident data, i.e., review root causes and corrective actions for trends and develop potential improvement plans.
• Provide analysis of environmental regulatory changes and develop compliance guidance to regional and site EHS and operations leaders.
• Assist with EHS due diligence and acquisition integration activities.
• Lead and participate in Solventum Global EHS Audits.
