The International Treasury Analyst or Sr. Treasury Analyst will report to Aligns' International Treasury Manager and help drive the strategy and execution of the Corporate Treasury team for our EMEA region. This is a unique opportunity to work with a global company whose corporate Treasury team has expanded its treasury-related functions to the regions while maintaining its Treasury team located in the United States. This position will reside in Poland but will work cross-functionally with local finance teams in these regions and the broader Treasury team in Tempe, Arizona, and San Jose, California. In this role, you will… Banking and Operations Responsible for entering EMEA wires into banking portals for these regions, ensuring ServiceNow tickets are closed and accurately represented within the bank portals. Works on offboarding and onboarding new bank accounts within these regions, including managing bank controls and user access maintenance for EMEA regions. Manages signature authorizations within EMEA regions, including banking signature updates as required. Responsible for EMEA signature updates and annual KYC for these regions. Primarily focused on Intercompany activity, including settlements for the EMEA regions. Work directly with local teams to resolve outstanding issues and the corporate Treasury team on a resolution path when required. Build solid cross-functional relationships with the greater finance team and partner with other business areas to support growth. Risk Management Work directly with the local finance teams to gather forecast reporting information for management and report it to the International Treasury Manager. Ensure timely delivery of the forecast and assist with managing the results. Ensure hedge wire activity is entered accurately within the banking portal, ensuring accuracy, including processing and timely delivery of hedge settlement activity. Act as a backup in FX All for hedge settlements Responsible for gathering and administrating insurance-related information for APAC and EMEA regions. Works directly with the risk team on other insurance-related items for these regions. Global Payments Payments merchant account request and management. Manage the new payment MID request process which is a critical path to launching new entities. Collect payment stats from various payment partner portals. Analyze trends and consolidate data for reporting quarterly. In this role, you’ll need … Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, accounting, or business. CTP is a plus. Mandatory experience in a multi-national enterprise and a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the Treasury with KYC and AML clearance. Proven track record of effective communication and supervisory experience with the ability to successfully build collaborative relationships internally and externally. Critical thinker with strong organizational and customer service skills. Very proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Tableau, emphasizing good Excel spreadsheet skills. Versed in Pivot tables and intermediary macros. Strong Knowledge of banking software and Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba), SAP Hana Comfortable working on multiple tasks simultaneously while managing competing deadlines. Agility with an inquiring personality, helpful attitude, strong communication, and presentation skills are required. Highly Desirable : Understanding of in-house banking structures, optimization of banking structures, and pooling systems. Technical aptitudes for technology and finance, such as machine learning, Business Intelligence reporting, data management, financial software, and systems. Travel : Some Travel
