Your Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic & Operational HR Leadership : You will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business goals by ensuring that teams and individuals are set up for success across the region. Your insights and actions will directly support the company’s objectives and growth in Eastern Europe (Poland, Ukraine, Baltics, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania).
- Business Partnering : Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to senior management. Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to senior management. You will be the mediator between headquarters, region and employees
- Regional HR Ownership : You are fully responsible for all HR activities in Eastern Europe – combining strategic direction with hands-on execution, working closely with HQ and acting as the first point of contact for managers and employees. You’ll be the go-to expert for all HR operations within your region.
- Policy Implementation & Transformation : Be the local champion for group-wide HR initiatives. You’ll localize and implement global HR policies and projects led by our Group Services HR team in Belgium — shaping the future of work within the region.
- Talent Acquisition & Development : You will lead end-to-end recruitment for both white- and blue-collar roles, while actively shaping our employer brand in local markets. At the same time, you'll drive talent development and succession planning initiatives to identify high-potential employees and prepare future leaders across the region.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Ensure accurate HR data management and reporting, providing meaningful insights to support business decisions. Precision and reliability in data will be critical in influencing strategy and performance.
- HR Budget Ownership : Take ownership of the HR budget. Collaborate with local business leaders to allocate resources effectively and ensure budget adherence
We’re looking for you if you :
Hold a university degree and bring solid experience in various areas of Human Resources management.Have worked in an i nternational organization and are familiar with managing or closely collaborating across multiple countries .Are a strong communicator who can build relationships at all levels of the organization.Are passionate about shaping and transforming systems and organizations , and thrive on having a real impact on stakeholders.Are flexible, proactive, and eager to drive change — supporting the business through rapid growth and leading teams through transformation.Are business fluent in both English and Polish ; knowledge of Czech or any additional language would be a plus.Are open to frequent business travel across Eastern Europe and to the company headquarter.Our client offers :
