Streaming Platform
Tasks :
- Provide customer support for a leading streaming company.
- Handle inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues.
- Assist both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support.
- Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders.
- Task inbound call, offer additional values for existing customers
- Possibility to sell to interested clients after dealing with the main issue
