Job description

Position : Customer Service Advisor with Danish

Industry : Airline

Start : ASAP

Contract type : Employment contract for full time

Work model : B&M in the office in Warsaw, after stabilization (3-6 months) hybrid 50 / 50

Location : Warsaw, SPARK

Relocation : yes, we do offer relocation package

Tasks :

Perform inbound calls, chats in Danish

Advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services contributing to the

success of our client.

Change the reservation both in time and destination, change of personal data

Handle special service requests (wheelchairs, special assistance, animals)

Deal with cancellation and refund of tickets

Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.

Support customers with travel difficulties.

Requirements :

Danish - C1 (both spoken and written)

English B2

Excellent technical skills (MS Office, Browsers, general computer skills)

Positive energy, enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues

Previous experience in Customer service, digital service platforms and CRM tools is an

advantage

Training in English (Mon-Fri : 8 : 00-16 : 30), after 3 months you will be upskilled and divided

into different departments

Salary : Minimum 8500PLN gross

Employment contract for full time (1st contract 3 months, after probation period, we extend

the contract to fixed-term according to business needs and Employees performance)

Shift work : 5 days a week, Monday - Friday 07 : 00 - 19 : 00, Saturday - Sunday 09 : 00 - 18 : 00

twice a month working Saturdays & Sundays.
