Carrier Operations Analyst

Opis pracyMonitor carrier performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Analyze shipping data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities. Negotiate contracts and freight rates with carriers to optimize transportation costs. Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, supply chain, and customer service) to improve delivery performance. Resolve carrier-related issues, including delays, damages, and billing discrepancies. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for carrier operations. Maintain compliance with transportation regulations and company policies. Implement process improvements and technology solutions to enhance carrier operations. Manage carrier onboarding and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders. You have at least 4 years experience, ideally within a IT Business Analyst / Project Manager or Operations Management role. You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes. You have working knowledge of BI system and Financial Management You are a strong networker & relationship builder You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
